1. nonconducted APC (or retrograde P)

    : 이것에 의해 sinus가 reset되어 bradycardia 나온듯....

2. PR일정->PVC->junctional beats 3개->PR 길어지다가 짧아져

    : PVC 가 HIS PURKINJE system에 대해 concealment?

    : excitation without propagation---concealment (같은방향)

      (cf. linking phenomenon (다른방향))

3.  coumel`s law상 BBB length = tachycardia lenth --- node reentry

     retrograde P wave 잘안보여

     : 따라서, AVNRT

4.  P wave 2:1 --- bypass tract은 아니다.     

    1:1 로 바뀌고, adenosine 투여후 termination 

    : EPS상 AVNRT, 2:1 upper common pathway

5.  old age, COPD, bronchodilator 

     1) irregularly irregular, P wave(+) --- MAT

     2) regular narrow QRS tachycardia, QRS amplitude의 alterance, retrograde P(+)

        --- AVRT

     3) Atrial tachycardia (PR interval이 짤은것은 아미노필린이나 베타agonist 때문이 아닐까?)
